PETERSBURG, AK A state funded plan for new energy projects in Southeast Alaska could be completed in time for the second session of the next Alaska legislature. The state will use the document to prioritize future power plant and transmission line construction in the region. In the meantime, companies and municipalities have several projects already in the works.
