Charter operators sue over one-halibut limit

JUNEAU, ALASKA (2009-05-27) Six Southeast charter fishing businesses are suing to block new halibut catch restrictions. A top fisheries official says the lawsuit could lead to a reduction in the number of halibut that can be caught in Southeast waters.
