PETERSBURG, ALASKA Two separate engineering firms agree on the ways to fix Petersburg’s problematic 10-year-old water pipeline from the city's Cabin Creek reservoir. However the companies are not in complete agreement over the root causes of the pipeline’s loss of water flow. The city of Petersburg this month released a review of the pipeline’s engineering and a response from the company that designed and oversaw the line’s construction.
