Red king crab season won't open for third year in a row

PETERSBURG, ALASKA Southeast’s red king crab season won’t open again this year. Fishery managers say the numbers of mature, male king crab in the region are not showing signs of rebounding. The small but lucrative crab fishery has not been open since 2005.
