PETERSBURG, ALASKA The Petersburg City Council last night was unable to agree on a fix for the under-performing pipeline from the city’s Cabin Creek reservoir. The city is looking at numerous solutions to increasing the water that flows through the line, and removing a bacterial growth on the inside of the conduit. However council members were split last night on what to do about the portion of the pipeline nearest the Cabin Creek dam and they’ll reconsider the issue later this month.
