PETERSBURG-AK Petersburg’s Public Works director has come up with a plan that could mean a less costly and more functional fix for the cabin creek pipeline. The City Council has been at odds over how to repair the problems in the line. But all of the Councilors seemed happy with the variation that Karl Hagerman presented Monday night.
