PETERSBURG, ALASKA Several proposals before the state’s Board of Fish this month seek to eliminate sport fishing for shellfish in Southeast. The proposals aim to cut out-of-state visitors, lodge and guide clients out of the region’s harvest of crab, clams, shrimp and other shellfish.
