PETERSBURG-AK A Petersburg City Councilor is suing the city’s harbormaster. Councilor Bob Nilson’s lawsuit accuses Harbormaster Jim Stromdahl of invasion of privacy and defamation. Nilson threatened to sue this spring after publically alleging that Stromdahl and others had been involved in an effort to spy on his home. Stromdahl denied those allegations, which stem partly from concerns some city employees raised about city councilors getting together outside of public meetings.
