PETERSBURG-AK The company that’s proposed a controversial hydro-electric development near Petersburg is raising money in Canadian financial markets. Cascade Creek LLC is now owned by a new company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The same people are running Cascade Creek, but they hope the move to the stock exchange will generate more funding for the project.
