PETERSBURG, AK Neighborhood watches, parent support groups and a crackdown on kids access to alcohol and drugs – those were a few of the ideas that came out of a town hall meeting in Petersburg this week on youth alcohol and drug abuse. Petersburg Mental Health Services organized the forum in response to an increase in medical emergencies for kids drinking and continued parent frustration with the problem.
