PETERSBURG, AK Vessel haul-out facilities, harbor reconstruction and repair work on aging city facilities were a few of the items on a long list of capital project needs brought to Petersburg’s city council Monday. The council will wait until next week to choose which projects will be highest on the city’s priority list.
