PETERSBURG-AK Petersburg may re-work its lease with a boat-hauling business in scow bay. The City Council Monday night considered removing a requirement that Island ventures carry pollution insurance. However, the business’s owner raised additional concerns about the lease requirements, and asked to be let out of the agreement altogether.
