PETERSBURG, AK Scientists have removed the fossilized remains of an ancient ocean-going reptile from the rocky shores of an island near Kake in Southeast Alaska. Previous work at the site already produced evidence of sea creatures from the age of the dinosaurs, however, these latest bones may be the most intact example of this species of ancient creature ever found in North America.
