A popular boat launch south of Petersburg could see some major improvements next year. During its regular meeting this week, the City Council agreed to help maintain the Blaqueire point boat launch if the Forest Service goes forward with plans to install a new ramp and other amenities. The Council also approved spending for a variety of city projects, including North Harbor, Monday night. Matt Lichtenstein has more from this week’s meeting.
