Supporters, opponents testify on Petersburg Borough

Alaska’s Local Boundary Commission heard a full day of testimony from supporters and opponents of Petersburg’s Borough petition Wednesday afternoon. Local officials, area residents, and visitors filled the town’s City Council chambers. Matt Lichtenstein has a summary:
