Alaska voters have a couple of statewide issues to decide in this summer’s primary election. Ballot measure two would re-establish the state’s coastal management program, which shut down a year ago when the state legislature did not approve funding to keep it going. The program provides a coordinated review of development projects proposed along Alaska’s coastline. Joe Viechnicki reports.
