A combined team of Petersburg and Wrangell 13- and 14-year-old Little League baseball players this week wound up the regional tournament with one win and three losses, good for third place. The local team has been joined by All-Star squads from Juneau, Sitka and Ketchikan playing for the top spot in the region since last weekend at the ballfield in Petersburg. The team from Juneau took first place with a win over Ketchikan Wednesday night and heads next to the state competition. Joe Viechnicki sat down with coach Jaime Cabral for a look back on the competition.
