The Petersburg borough is making a change to the traffic pattern and parking for a one-block street in the downtown area this summer. The public works and police departments have decided to end long-term parking on Chief John Lott Street and make it a one-way road. The street connects to the Middle Harbor parking lot and Sing Lee Alley.
