Petersburg’s Sons of Norway Hall Friday, November 25th will be warmed up by the community’s annual competition for brewers and chili cooks. The 11th Annual Brew and Stew Festival is just after the community tree lighting. Petersburg’s roller derby team, the Ragnarok Rollers, is organizing the event again this year as a fund raiser for travel this winter.

Joe Viechnicki spoke with two team members Angela Christensen, also known by her derby name “Pink Slammin’” and Amy Rollins who goes by the derby name “Rowdy” about this year’s festival and the team.
Contestants should turn in their entries between 5-6 p.m. Friday (11/25) at the Sons of Norway. The festival starts at 6 p.m.
