Petersburg emergency responders help woman pinned under a truck

Petersburg police and medics responded to a single vehicle rollover Friday morning. A resident on Sandy Beach road called police about a loud thump they heard at about 4:45 a.m. When police arrived on the scene they found a woman pinned under a truck that was turned on its side in a ditch. Police then called in the fire department.
Dave Berg is a spokesperson for the Fire Department. Angela Denning spoke with him about the accident.
The patient was taken to Petersburg Medical Center for treatment.
Berg says responders were on the scene for about 45 minutes.
