Fans of high school and youth swimming will have three chances to watch competitions here at the Petersburg pool this year as the high school and local club team have started up their seasons. The Petersburg High team has their first competition this weekend at home. Petersburg will also be hosting the regional high school meet at the end of October and a Viking Swim Club meet in November. Joe Viechnicki spoke with coach Andy Carlisle about his teams and the upcoming season.
High school swimming and diving starts in the Petersburg pool this Friday at 6 p.m. and at 10:30 Saturday morning.
