Petersburg High School’s varsity volleyball team finished as runner up at the regional tournament in Klawock and Craig last Friday. The Vikings won their first match against Klawock and then lost in three games to Craig in the championship match. Joe Viechnicki spoke with head coach Jaime Cabral about the final matches of the season.

High school basketball is up next but doesn’t start until January 11, after the holiday break.
